CAMP-ON CAMPUS….Camping is adventurous

The dynamic & ever active Class VI students participated in an overnight Camping in School
th
auditorium on 7 February, 2020. Camp-on Campus is aimed at making the young students
independent, fun loving and adventurous. Camping experience , Camp Fire and dinner nite
remained as life time experience for them. The camp ended in the morning at 7 after jogging
& yoga.

SWACHH NAVA BHARAT….Cleanliness Abhiyaan
The novel cleanliness campaign “Swachh Nava Bharat” was continued and successfully
accomplished this academic year too by the senior students. On Wednesdays students
involve themselves in sanitizing the campus. School provides them with cleaning equipment,
aprons, gloves, masks etc.

“Clean surroundings, Clean minds”.

EDUCATIONAL TOURS…….”Travel to Enrich”

Touring gives a first hand experience to the tourist. Touring also enhances life skills. In the
year 2019-20 students & staff were taken on various educational tours and local trips.

NBPS staff visited Singareni Colleries Open Cast and Underground coal mines on

Class X students were taken on an educational Tour to hill stations-Mahabaleswar,
Lonavala & Khandala from 2 to 7 October, 2019. Visiting the hill stations in Western

Ghats was an enriching experience.
Students of Classes III, IV & V were taken to a picnic to Central Park in February,2020.

Students of LKG visited Central Park to celebrate a joyful picnic on 25 th
November,2019.

UKG & Class I students toured “Pragathi Vanam” in Rudrampur on 27 November,
2019.

Class VIII students enriched themselves by visiting Nava Bharat Vermi Compost Unit
and STP on 10 February, 2020.

Class IX students visited Nava Bharat Ventures Ferro Alloy Unit & Power Plant as a

part of Industrial trip on 11 February,2020.
STUDENT ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMES…..”Student Shine”

Besides the major programmes for students some enriching activities were arranged for the
students of various zones.

Robotics Classes were held for classes V to IX at regular intervals in the Robotics
Lab.
