(Teacher - Student - Parent)
A teacher, leaves an indelible impact on the students, that is far beyond the curriculum. Teacher
plays a pivotal role in shaping the students in their formative years. A teacher not only influences
the academic development of the students but also the personal growth and character formation.
Beyond the classroom, a teacher plays the role of a friend, philosopher and guide. The learning
journey between the teacher and the taught is filled with imagination, intellect and expectations.
A teacher must adorn with adaptability, patience, empathy, imbiased attitude, creativity,
preparedness, life long learning and dignity. The pedagogical relationship involves the transfer of
knowledge, guidance and mentorship from the teacher to the student.

Thus, the teacher plays the role of a facilitator.
A committed teacher is a boon to every student.
A student, is the core of teaching learning process. The primary responsibility of every student
is to learn and acquire knowledge, improve intellect, widen mental capabilities, improve physical
well being and develop innate abilities. Upholding the values of honesty, code of conduct of school
and academic integrity are the essential components of every student. The present generation has
ample scope to hone their talents as digital media is on the tips of their fingers.
Thus, students are scholars and builders of civilized society.
A well groomed student is the bloom of the society.

A parent, is the first social group of student. A home provides safety, primary needs, emotional
support, control and supervision. Parents play a vital role to maintain a healthy balance of studies
and play, by rewarding their progress or reprimanding their regress. A parent can do miracles
by giving their wards, the right environment to nestle and grow. A parent’s role is responsive,
responsible and never ending, which checks and governs their children’s actions and decision
makings. Positive parenting improves the cognitive, social and problem solving skills of the growing
up children. Parents can instill the desire to learn and willingness to be a part of the school and co-
operate with peers.
Thus, parents are the gateway to the world.
Happy parents, raise happy children.

Betwixt teacher and parent... A student is the common link
This link, when strong and firm, can fix the society right.
