I LOVE MYSELF
COVID ANTHEM
Nothing is impossible, the word itself says “I’m
possible” From the wet markets of
I was a sun wating to rise,
Wuhan,
A star waiting for the night,
Broke out a deadly pandemic
I waited for the storm to pass,
But now I learned to dance in the rain. Turned our life upside down
And reversed the structure of our acadamic
I learnt to love myself
Gave everyone of us a strict lockdown !
More than all the days and the nights,
Spread out its wings within a Jiffy
Deeper than the oceans and the skies.
And swallowed the valuable lives of mankind
I was afraid that I would lose someone, With a ‘Crown’ on its head, it looked spiffy
But then I realized it’s not worst than me losing
And so little being impossible to find.
myself.
It compelled us to adopt ‘online mode’
I learnt that the word broken means it can be And granted us an unexpected ‘Corona Vacation’
fixed, Added a mighty ‘mask’ in our dress code

Who are you Mr.Covid 19?
♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ Within no time, you became our invisible predator
MATHS, MATHS, MATHS But remember, stormy days are never permanent
And you will be eradicated soon;
Down with the old pythagoras
But you taught us a great value;
And down with the maths
To love people and be together at hard times
Down with Archimedes,
And down him at the baths. You made us come out of this materialistic world
And arised the feelings of true love and
If anyone had to do it
compassion for Fellow beings
I’d make sure it was me
And today, with grace of ‘PDS’;
Firstly I’d wholly immerse him,
Then fix him up a tree. The police, doctors and scientists. I mean
There awaked a hope named “Vaccine”
When he had been disposed of,
With which we evidently give you a perfect “finish”
I’d turn on old Pythag
I’d drag him through a holly brush,
And he’d come out like a rag. But my dear vibrant citizens,
Wear your mask, be wise
Now my pipe dream’s over
After coming home, sanitize
And I’ve nothing more to say.
And keep washing your hands
Except that Maths still lives on
To be taught another day. And be greatful for your valuable life
