Classes II & III of Primary Zone observed Road Safety week from 11 to 17 January, 2021. The virtual
programme attempted to bring awareness about Road safety, signals and rules.

After hoisting the tri-color patriotic programmes were flashed virtually on 26 January,2021, marking the
Republic day celebrations of our mother land.
Nava Bharat celebrated Indian festivals highlighting the traditions and culture to give students a taste of our
Indian ethos. Dassera, Diwali, Christmas, Sankranthi were celebrated virtually.

School celebrated Women’s Day on 8 March, 2020 virtually with spotlight on the women empowerment .

Saraswati pooja was performed for Class X students on 18 March, 2021.

In Annual Prize Giving Ceremony on 20 March, 2021, the merit students , subject toppers, Scouts & Guides
and Youth festival winners were awarded mementoes and trophies by Chief Guest Sri Y. Sreenivasa Murthy,
Vice President , NBVL.

Virtual workshops, webinars and orientation programs were arranged at regular intervals for the staff

18.10.2020 - ‘Nava Spandana’ Mothers-Teachers get together was organized virtually by the Pre-Primary
zone staff. Mothers of LKG students attended the programme. Focus was on right parenting.

08.03.2021 - Two week Physical Education & Community coaching programme for women was initiated by
CBSE. Six Teachers- Mrs.V.Laxmi, Mrs. K.Padmaja, Mrs.G.Sangeetha, Mrs.R.Sowjanya,
Mrs.G.Lakshmi Reddy & Mrs Salma from NBPS were nominated for the online programme.
10.03.2021 - NBPS staff members completed the online training course on Experimental learning &
Competency based Education on DIKSHA platform organized by CBSE.
12.03.2021 - Online Awareness Programme on introducing Handicrafts as a skill module was conducted
by CBSE. The attempt is to integrate Art & Culture with Education. NBPS Administrative staff
attended the webinar.
