               MY HANDPRINT                                     NATURE

               This is my handprint                             Nature is a calm and peaceful word.
               Five fingers in all,                             It comprises of tree, animals and birds.
               Outside they are short                           We have learn’t to call it mother nature.
               But the middle is tall.                                  But sadly, we do is ruthless torture.
               You will find them on windows.                             Nature is so beautiful that it blows
               You can find them on the wall.                              our mind.
               They will make a big mess                                   You can lose yourself in it or find
               For something so small.                                     your self at the same time.
               One day I will grow                                         Let’s be sensible humans and
               And leave them no more                                    show our humanity.
               My hand prints will be missed                           Let’s protect mother nature for our
               Of that, I am sure.                              community.

               Smile when you feel bad                      not afraid to be ‘me’.
               Smile when you’re in love                    One day when I will grow up, I would like to
               Smile at the dove.                           thank her for never giving up.

                 You are my best friend, from my childhood.

                 I always feel safe and happy, when you hold me in your hand.
                 I never saw, dad like you, in the world.

                                 YOGA

                                    Yoga is a well known term these days, it is a spiritual discipline. It is creating a
                                     balance between the physical and mental discipline through regular practice.
                                      It  is originated in India long years ago in ancient times.  Earlier people
                                      belonging to Buddhism and Hinduism used to do yoga and meditation.
                                      Yoga  develops  inner  awareness.  It  helps  develop  breath  and  strength  of
                                      mind and body. Yoga improves the quality of our life, and we need to work
                                     on it regularly. It might improve attention and memory and reduce academic
                                    stress, school based yoga might also improve students grades.
