Chairman’s Message

I am glad to pen down a message for the 17 edition of ‘Navayug’
the school souvenir of Nava Bharat schools.

School magazine offers a wide variety of writing opportunities
to students. It’s important that students feel recognised for
their achievements, and one of the best ways to do this is by
showcasing the work they have produced in the annual magazine.
Giving students a platform to showcase their writing can be a
great way of encouraging them, and inspiring others to try their

Every child is like a seed that has the potential to grow if it is
nourished with love and care under the right guidance. In the
current challenging times, it is essential that children should
not only excel in academics but should also develop courtesy,
discipline, smart personality, social sensitivity, and be imbibed
with the traditional values of the culture of our country.

I feel contended on the fact that Nava Bharat schools have
completed 44 years of their service to the society. 44 years in
the life of an institution signifies the coming of age and maturity.
Maturity, to objectively analyse its achievements and assess how
much more needs to be done. As technology increasingly takes
over knowledge based work, education must keep abreast with
the ever changing world.

I compliment and appreciate the Editorial Team for a wonderful
portrayal of their creative acuity in providing us a sneak peek into
the multi-faceted activities of the year gone by. My best wishes to
NBS fraternity on the occasion of the release of yet another issue
of Navayug.
